A new method of gas collection and a
convenient new tool helps your students
efficiently determine the amounts of different
gases in the air. Unique glass tubes features
a chemical on the inside that acts as an
indicator for different gases and a scale on
the outside for measuring the results. Simply
snap off the ends of the glass collection tubes
using the safe tip storage tool. Once you
insert the tube into the collecting device, aim
it at the source, then pull back on the valve
to take a sample. The indicator changes
color inside the tube and is readable along
the tube’s scale. You can use the apparatus
in a variety of activities, including sampling
air captured by students blowing into a bag,
captured from a bag around surrounding a
plant, and much more. Tubes are available
for a variety of gases. Size: 8L.
