Students can easily and accurately investigate the conservation of momentum and projectiles with this spring-loaded launcher. Three different firing positions, a pendulum catch, and straightforward measurement of the maximum swing angle create a versatile physics ballistic pendulum. A photogate can be attached quickly in order to measure the actual velocity of the marble. It can also be used as a horizontal launcher. Photogate available separately.
