Similar to the strip clamps, these provide a simple and effective clamping system for wires, threads etc.
A wing-nut clamp traps the material between washers and the wire is then routed through guide holes in the clamps. Investigations would include strength and stretch comparisons of sewing threads, fishing lines, ductile wires such as copper, human hair etc.
